Uncapping Forks

When it comes to uncapping Fork, which is better to use.  Straight uncapping fork, one with the angle fork or the one with the roller

Mine is bent. Never tried or saw a straight one. I only use it to open the shallow cells that are too short to remove with a knife.
It depends on what feels better to you.

I use a bent one also.

I saw a roller type used once but the beek was having problems not crushing the comb. I do not know if it was the beekeeper or the roller, so I guess I can not comment on the usefullness of the roller.  -Mike

I just use the same one I eat breakfast with that morning. After I wash it of coarse. Dont want the honey to taste like maple syrup.
