BeeMaster2

This year I have been having a lot of trouble with nucs and hives moving out and in some cases into other hives and traps. Right now I have one hive that is in a trap with one of my marked queens. It moved after it was in a nuc for a while and now it is so small I could put all of the bees in it in my 2 hands.
Yesterday My wife tells me the bees in the observation hive moved out leaving very few bees and left the single frame with lots of eggs, open brood and capped brood that that they have been building from the botton of the bottom frame up. They just got it to the top of the deep frame.
We found them on the outside of the hive entrance. Pretty sure the queen was with them, it had a nice round bottom. I have a bunch of pictures of this hive developing and absconding. i cannot access them on this computer, I will add them later.

We only put the swarm in this observation hive on May 4, 2014. I used this swarm for the observation hive because it was pretty small.
I took a sample of about 25 bees. I will process them as soon as possible and check the results on my microscope.
I put a swarm trap next to the swarm and encouraged them to go into it. we will see if they stay in it.
I will update later.

ccd is a loss of bees over time.  that doesn't sound like what you're describing.
