Hey, I just read that the reason they are not arresting any LOOTERS
in Ferguson.....
They are not LOOTERS anymore.
They are UNDOCUMENTED SHOPPERS.

The following items have NOT been reported stolen by the UNDOCUMENTED SHOPPERS:
Pens, pencils, resume' kits, work boots, work gloves, work coveralls and Father's Day cards
