Have a hive started from a nuc last of June that missed most of the flow. I fed them most of August, they had filled 2/3rds of two deeps and I quit feeding a month ago when the goldenrod started blooming and treated with maqs. They worked the goldenrod and ragweed really hard and brought in lots of pollen, but apparently because it has been so dry there was not much nectar. Hive was light last week so I started feeding 1-1 again in a top feeder. They've been taking about 4 lbs  of sugar a day last 4 days.  Last two days activity has tripled, see some dead bees 2-3 feet from hive, none right under. See some with legs down, others still bringing in pollen. Robbing screen has been in place since July, they have covered inside screen. I am not aware of any hives within two miles of me, but there could always be a feral hive somewhere. I am going to try to post video. Is this robbers? Should I close the lower opening up?  Thanks

Your robber screen is useless until you close the bottom and use the top only for an entrance. It looks very much like robbing, but the video is too short to be sure.
