I have never made splits but will this Spring.   Can I expect honey from the splits this summer if made split made correctly?

Michael Bush

"correctly" is wide open to interpretation.  A cut down split two weeks before the flow may get you a crop and a split and possibly even a bumper crop.

Rurification

Thanks for the refresher, Michael.   I've read through your site top to bottom, and have your big book, too, but every year I re-read and new things pop out at me.    Here's hoping I can do a split this year.
