Maybe queenless

Alright so i installed two hives today and released the queen on both hives but noticed now that one hive is quiet and the other is very active. Is it possible the active hive could be queenless? Its been 3hrs since ive installed them and there seems to still be alot of buzzing going on

Normally when a hive goes queen less they get very noisy not quiet. I have seen several swarms get guiet in a new hive. See what they are doing tomorrow.  You do not want to open the hive for
at least a week.
