Just because I will want to know what is making up my honey is there any place that will test part of my harvest to tell me the nectar in my honey?

Contact Texas A&M university. They do it, but I don't know if they do it for individuals.

They do it for individuals at a cost. It used to be around I think $60 (not sure)....
