Super handles on the short ends or long ends. Why?

I like them on the long ends because we have several hives right next to each other, and it's really hard on your back and awkward to lift a full honey super from the short ends of the super.

I want a hand grip on all four sides,  I have a couple with the hand holds only on the long ends and if you have two or three hives in a row on a rack, I find I am not strong enough to set them down gently when having only handles on the end.
