Weird Bee!

Wow. Weird. I just found a MASSIVE bee half dead outside the entrance. Its almost twice as big as the other bees however it looks exactly like the others. Its not the queen however because the queen is marked. What is this thing? It looks exactly like the others except twice as big. Here is a picture however it doesn't show how enormous this bee is compared to the others.

Aerodynamically, the bumble bee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumble bee doesn't know it so it goes on flying anyway.
