That depends if you're going by retail or wholesale.  Wholesale it's worth anywhere from 50-60 cents.  Retail, if pints sell for anywhere from 4.something-6.00, and a pint =1 1/2 pound.  I'd say 3.75-4.00.  I've always sold my pints for $5.00
