Depends on what a jury says.   :wink:

The system certainly is guilty of letting him out on the street in the first place.
The people the people are the rightful masters of both congresses and courts not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it.

And you base this on what?  He's certainly a good argument for the death penalty if he is found guilty.
