Anyone know where I can find Catalpa Honey?

Welcome to Beemaster, mel gonz!   I'm not sure of a source for Catalpa honey.  Why are you looking for this specific variety?

Catalpa honey would be honey the bees made by collecting nectar from the catalpa tree.  What I meant is, why are you looking for this particular type of honey?

Sister has cancer.   I had been praying for guidance and one night I had a dream about some raw unfinished furniture and I asked the person if  if it was oak, etc.. He replied it was from a bean tree.   I had never heard of a bean tree.   My sister had also had a dream - that someone told her no more cancer - honey.  I know it is a stretch, but I believe there was something to the dreams.

Mel I am sorry your sister has cancer. I don't know of anyone who produces Catapla honey. Let me direct you to the following link just posted recently by Beemaster2.

What did you do in your Apiary/Bee yard today?

Mel check your PMs. I sent something to you unrelated to Honey or Honey Bees which you might find interesting.

Sorry to hear about your sister.  That's quite interesting though.  Bee products generally are very helpful and beneficial for the immune system.  A place you could try would be on Etsy, sometimes people are selling specialty honeys there.  I don't know if it's a honey that is easy to get a monofloral batch of.  If there aren't a lot of the trees in a single area, or if the trees bloom at the same time as other flowers the honey bees like more, it may not be possible to get only catalpa honey.  Does that make sense?  You could also try some wildflower honey, which is mixed batch honey, from an area where they grow, although it would be hard to know how much catalpa it contained, if any, without talking to the beekeeper.  Do you know that your name, Mel, means "honey" in Latin?
