pull them when you want if there capped,, there is no certain time to pull supers, when my clover blooms I have my supers on and when the clover dies back I check supers to see if there capped, if they are I remove them and have clover honey, the same thing works for other types of honey, when ever the frames are capped you can pull the super or you can leave a bunch of supers on until you get ready to pull them, you can pull your super when you want to I just like to make sure they are capped first...
