March package bees?

Is there anyone who ships package bees in March?  It's can be plenty warm in the deep south in March, so I'd like to get something started.  I think most of the big breeders ship to the big buyers, but I just want a couple of packages.  My yard is kind of lonesome since the loss of my bees in the early fall.

Where are you located. I am in South Carolina. I'm not sure about the ones that ship but I do know of suppliers in the deep south.
