Queen marking pen colors

What does each color represent?  I have some with a floresent orangish-redish mark.

If I am not mistaken, each year is depicted by a different colour.  I know that last year was white.  But that is all I know.  Great day.  Cindi

"Blue = 0 or 5
White = 1 or 6
Yellow = 2 or 7
Red = 3 or 8
Green = 4 or 9

Each number is matched to the last digit of the year. For example 2004 is Green, 2002 is Yellow."
