Some of my honey from last year (my first batch!) is clouded up.  I put one of the plastic bottles in hot water, and the bottle kind of streatched out.  Is there a better method of clearing up about 10 plastic bottles of honey so I can give them away?  How hot does the water have to be?  Can I just set it in the sun?
Thanks

Mici

sun is in my opinion a NO-GO, UV rays might destroy the good stuff in it.
water must be as hot as possible but not over 40°C, my US friends will dissagrea with this but EVERYONE around here talk about 40°C, some are a bit more adventouruse say 45°C :-D.
well, if i were you, i wouldn't go over 40, of course if you want to provide quality honey.
other method? microwave works but....MICRIWAVES so....again a NO-GO for quality

just give them a looong warm bath

I tryied some honey in the sun sat. It was in the sun all day it just made it soft. Sun is a NO-GO
