O.k.- I know they are light fluffy shows, I am almost too embarassed to say that I love to watch them. They are my guilty pleasure. Does anyone watch Gilmore Girls or Men in Trees?? ArrrrGGGGGhhhh! I am so embarassed

I don't know why I am so embarassed about watching these shows. They have given me moments of laughter and I look forward to them each week.

My fluff is Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives.  Grey's Anatomy isn't considered fluff, is it?  Because those are the only three TV shows I watch.

You know what? i am not even sure why these shows might be considered fluff. I just know that they give me a welcome break from the day.

Did anyone watch the american idol special on tonite. I did-it really broke my heart to see the film clips of children in poverty around the world. I think it is a really great idea for them to use American Idol to raise money for charities. It is such a popular show, maybe they will actually raise some bucks that will reach the kids in need.

My guilty pleasure used to be "Judging Amy"  I don't know that it was fluffy but it was definitely a "chick" show...
