Good Honey

One thing for sure, with this dry weather what honey we do get is going to be thick,"IF" we make sure it's capped. One year when It was so wet I got thin honey, but it was thick enough to keep.

Any type of honey is good honey.

Yes it is. The point I was trying for was, In a wet year the honey seems to be thinner than in a dry year.
