This is my first post after joining this morning.  My member name is a carry over from my sailor days serving in the U.S. Navy.  I was the last Master Chief Photographer's Mate ever selected before the rating was disestablished.

Welcome and thanks for your service!

Well, my husbands initials are ERB and we're beekeepers!  I guess mine is one of the obvious ones.

It is just who we are. Our business name, the funny story is that our business name was created over 15 years ago now, and we were just looking for website names that were not taken,,, looking back, should of maybe made an easier name.  Kind of hard to change now.  Have a great rest of the year. Occam

Hello y'all, no real story behind my name. I like simplicity and try to not over- complicate things (beekeeping is simple right?) wherever possible. Occam's Razor is a problem solving principle essentially stating that where there are more than one causes present the simplest one should be preferred. AKA the KISS principle... keep it simple stupid.

I chose my username because it is my real name and I can remember that.  Lots of other things I forget.  That simple.

habit mostly ... used "animal" online for many years and it was one of my nicknames IRL.. "bear" was another one, but I figured that wouldn't be very popular here.

FLCOOPER1954

Hi all, I am Frank Cooper. User name flcooper1954. It is my first initial, middle initial of wife, last name, and year we were born. I have (hopefully) added a pic of my first hive (DEFINITELY A NEWBEE HERE!), and plan to train the grape vines from each side to make a shade top. It will also help "direct the bees flight path" 180 degrees away from my neighbors yard. Thanks for all the great info.
